# Bardonecchia

Located in the heart of the Alta Val di Susa, Bardonecchia is a typical mountain resort that combines the charm of nature with the comforts of the city. Only 90 kilometres and an hour and a half's drive from Turin, it is the first town you meet coming from France after the Frejus tunnel. Thanks to the Turin-Bardonecchia-Modane international railway line, it can also be reached by train.
If you are fond of skiing and snowboarding, you will fall in love with this resort. Whether you are a beginner or a pro, you will find the right slope for you. For beginners there is Camp Smith: 3 loops with a total of 30 kilometres. For intermediate and advanced levels, Pian del Colle will make you have fun. Finally, for the more trained and experienced you can choose the 22 kilometres, very demanding, that connect Sauze d'Oulx with the Valle Stretta of Bardonecchia.
