# Mendoza

Mendoza City is a city in western Argentina and capital of the province of the same name. It is located on the plain east of the Andes Mountains. It is one of the main cities of the country. The city of Mendoza is the nucleus from which most of the tourist services depart and are offered to various places in the province, particularly mountain attractions and wineries, and has an important hotel offer from the hostel range to 5-star hotels. The most important activity of the province is also celebrated here, the Fiesta Nacional de la Vendimia, an annual festivity in which the grape harvest, obtained to make wine, is celebrated.
