# Pinzolo

Pinzolo is a famous mountain resort located in Val Rendena, Trentino-Alto Adige. Known for being a popular ski resort, like nearby Madonna di Campiglio, Pinzolo offers activities and cultural events all year round, not only in winter. 
In summer, for example, it reaches the Doss del Sabion, one of the most impressive viewpoints in the Brenta Dolomites. Spectacular views are guaranteed. The summit can be reached by following the signposted paths or by taking the cable car, which leaves from the centre of Pinzolo. 
Not far from the resort is Val Genova, home to numerous hiking trails and picturesque waterfalls. One of the best known and most fascinating is the Nardis Waterfall, perfect as an excursion during the warm season. 
The village is part of the Campiglio-Dolomiti ski area, so fun on the slopes is guaranteed. If you want to try something alternative, book a dog sledding session to take to the snow on a sled pulled by friendly and cheerful Alaskan huskies.
