# Piau Engaly

Piau, a ski resort in the Pyrenees, has a natural blanket of snow thanks to its geographical location, which protects it from the wind and snowmelt. Piau is surrounded by national parks, so there is no better way to ski in an exceptional setting!
The highest resort in the Pyrenees, with its highest point at 2600 m, Piau offers a multitude of varied slopes to suit all tastes and abilities. It has a very comfortable beginners' area which allows beginners to progress at their own pace, thanks in particular to the play areas. The safety of the youngest skiers is also guaranteed thanks to equipment specially designed for them.
For more experienced skiers, there are 9 red runs, 7 black runs, a snowpark and 3 freeride areas accessible from the chairlifts. The whole area covers more than 125 hectares.
