# Val Gardena

Val Gardena is the largest ski resort in South Tyrol and has 175 kilometres of slopes. It is part of the Dolomiti Superski circuit and is the ideal place for all skiers. If you like adrenaline-pumping runs, try the Saslong, home of the annual Downhill World Cup: its short initial flat run cuts horizontally across the mountain ridge, then turns into a steep slope. Try the snow on the Longia, the longest piste in the Dolomites at 10.5 kilometres. The wide curves, surrounded by an area full of icefalls, rocks and spruce forests, fully satisfy all expectations. Once in this area, the Sellaronda circuit is a must: a fairly long route, about 26 kilometres long, which touches 4 dolomite passes (Sella, Gardena, Pordoi and Campolongo) and requires a good physical preparation. The advantage? You will ski all day without repeating runs, surrounded by a landscape that is, to say the least, breathtaking.
