# Astún

The ski resort of Astún, neighbouring Candanchú and bordering the French border, has 50 km of skiable slopes and a wide variety of freeride runs. Among these runs is the Pinos, one of the most famous in Spain. Its highest peak is La Raca, at an altitude of 2278 metres and a drop of 650 metres. It is located in the Aragonese Pyrenees, more specifically in the Aragon Valley, with access from the N-330 towards the French-Spanish border at Somport, 33 km. from Jaca and 115 km. from Huesca. Between its altitudes of 1,658 m. and 2,300 m. Astún has a wide variety of slopes for all levels. It offers a joint ski pass with the ski resort of Candanchú.
