# Córdoba

Córdoba, the capital of the Argentine province of the same name, is known for its Spanish colonial architecture. It is home to the Manzana Jesuítica, a 17th century complex with active cloisters, churches and the original campus of the National University of Córdoba, one of the oldest universities in South America. The focal point of the city is the Plaza San Martin and the neo-baroque Cordoba Cathedral.
