# Cerro Wayle

Located 48km north of the city of Chos Malal, Wayle Hill is right on the edge of the El Tromen Provincial Reserve in such a way that its slopes are within this protected area, but its summit is not. The latter does not prevent it from being a very good place to admire the El Tromen lagoon, as well as the large volcano of the same name that rises next to it. At the foot of the summit is the refuge of the reserve's park rangers and there is also a small ski center known as Cerro Wayle Snow Park where alpine and Nordic skiing, snowboarding and snowmobiling are practiced.
