# Soldeu

Soldeu is a village in Andorra belonging to the parish of Canillo. It is located on the right bank of the Valira d'Orient, at its confluence with the vall d'Incles, and in the winter months it becomes a ski village. You can ski along the 210 km of the Grandvalira ski area, the largest ski resort in the Pyrenees. It is accessible from Encamp, Canillo, El Tarter, Soldeu, Grau Roig, Pas de la Casa and Porte des Neiges. The village is at 1841 m above sea level and the top of the ski area is at 2580 m above sea level. The cable car, starting from the village, reaches 2250 m a.s.l. where the snowboarding and ski schools as well as some restaurants are located. From here it is possible to ski to the top of the cable car of El Tarter or to the village of El Tarter along the piste called 'Gall de Bosc'.
