# Megève

As one of the most elegant winter sports locations in the French Alps, Megève offers its guests a very particular charm. On the one hand, the unique mix of luxurious and modern ski resort, on the other hand the traditional mountain village, leave no wish unfulfilled. Even today, the old farmhouses and typical Savoyard houses testify to the fact that Megève is one of the oldest Alpine winter sports areas. Well-kept villas, elegant wooden chalets and sumptuous streets simultaneously characterise the stylish atmosphere of the famous ski resort in the middle of the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski resort. The sports, social and gastronomic offerings for the guests of the Megève ski resort, where only horse-drawn carriages are used as means of transport in the car-free centre, are correspondingly exclusive. Winter sports enthusiasts of all levels and preferences are rewarded in the Megève ski resort and can choose between a large or a very large network of slopes. The Megève ski resort, made up of the 3 complementary piste regions of Rochebrune/Côte 2000, Le Jaillet and Mont d'Arbois, has a total of 325 kilometres of pistes connected by 84 lifts.
