# Alta Gracia

The city of Alta Gracia is the head of the Santa María department, province of Córdoba, Argentina. It is 36 km southwest of the provincial capital, in the wide Paravachasca Valley, between the eastern slopes of the Sierra Chica to the west and the Pampas plain to the east, crossed by the Chicamtoltina stream, a tributary of the Anisacate River.
